Keep M Happy Bin Your Rubbish♥

Going out for the second time to finish off this bit of the road...

This bag is deceptively full of bottles and cans ~ I cannot begin to tell you how heavy it is to lift!


Without a shadow of a doubt this has to be the largest and heaviest haul of rubbish I have collected in such an incredibly short space... I hardly moved 10 steps!!!

The bag was full to capacity and so incredibly heavy to lift, to take back to the 'depot' in George Yard Car Park.

Yes still happy not much rubbish about nothing to heavy to carry...

Morning started well about 7.15am... got a smile on my face....

After my visit to see Rev Andrew Ashdown,

I felt so humbled to see the great man
struggling to be hospitable and try to keep a conversation going when clearly he was in such a lot of pain...

time and time again I keep telling myself that I am grateful for my good health ~ but when I come across people like Andrew... who are really trying to cope...




After my meeting at Boswells with a dear friend who hasn't been long a widower...

Collecting bit and peices early on Monday Morning...
